With nothing but a camera to protect him, a gutsy reporter risks his life to interview some of the street's most dangerous thieves, focusing on a subgroup of criminals who use force to take things that don't belong to them. Known as "jackers," these thugs use a dizzying array of tools and weapons to intimidate their victims, including high-tech surveillance equipment, ammunition stockpiles and, of course, plenty of guns. |
