American CIA agent and martial arts whiz Agent Lucas (Jim Kelly) journeys to Hong Kong to retrieve a valuable diamond that was taken by a lethal street gang headed by Boss Luk (Chan Sing). When one of Boss Luk's men (Dorian Tan) decides he's had enough of life as a thief, he and Lucas work together to put an end to the vicious crime boss and free the people of Hong Kong from corruption. |
