Jenny Bowman (Judy Garland), a famous American singer, comes to London for a series of concerts. But that's just the pretext. Soon after her arrival, Jenny pays a visit to her former lover, David Donne (Dirk Bogarde), with the intent of claiming their illegitimate son, whom she's never seen. Judy shines, of course, in the musical numbers; sadly, this was her final film. |
