Boston cop Pally LaMarr (Kiefer Sutherland) is forced to retire and soon becomes an unwitting pawn in his brother Ray's (Anthony LaPaglia) big con. Ray is a small-time crook with connections to the Mob, and when he goads Pally into joining a moneymaking scheme by purchasing a racehorse with lucrative payoff potential, the wayward cop ends up with more than he bargained for. |
