William Winckler (director of cult hit The Double-D Avenger) pays homage to the era of 1940s horror films with his retro, black-and-white creature feature. Mad scientists resurrect Frankenstein's monster and also spawn a half-man, half-amphibian beast to battle terrorism. Of course, things go wrong, and the creatures start terrorizing unsuspecting humans, including scantily clad models on the beach. |
