About: A Canadian actor, writer and producer who's often cast as an affable "everyman" -- or a stoner -- Seth Rogen was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 15, 1982, and began his career in stand-up comedy, placing second in a citywide contest for amateur comics when he was just 16.In 1999, the young actor landed his first television role, playing the wisecracking Ken on the critically acclaimed comedy-drama "Freaks and Geeks," which proved to be a short-lived gig.
